Q.) When will my order ship?

A.) We aim to ship orders same business day Monday-Friday to see our customers get their order as fast as possible. Orders received after 4pm EST may ship following business day. 

 

Q.) What carrier do you use?

A.) We use USPS First Class for all of our shipping. We ship out of East Tennessee.

 

Q.) How can I track my order?

A.) We have conveniently placed a tracking page on the navigation of our website. You can enter the tracking number you were provided via email here or the link within your confirmation email.

 

Q.) How long does shipping take?

A.) USPS First Class quotes 1-3 business day shipping. We process and fulfill orders within the first business day to get your order to you as fast as possible. 

 

Q.) Will your products help me grow a beard?

A.) While we cannot change genetics or the rate in which your beard grows naturally, we can assure optimal nourishment to create an environment which your beard can thrive.
